I didn't pay my credit card payment so bank does take off my accets and vehicles on my named property etc how can we face legal notice

A.Bank can not take off your assets. Better try to pay the in small amount. otherwise it will hamper your CIBIL Score

A.You would have to pay your debt. You can dispute the interest, you can ask for more time. But you would have to repay. If your vehicle has been seized and sold by the bank, it will try to collect the balance of dues. If you are being harassed, you can approach a civil court for injunction. If there is an arbitration clause and the vehicle has been seized under the award passed by arbitrator, you need to proceed under the law relating to arbitration, depending on the stage of the arbitration proceedings.
