Land Disputes
My father purchased a land in 2001 and mutation done in 2003. Till then it is in my father's name. He builds a house on it in 2003. He paid all taxes for this 17 years. House building permission, engineer plan, electricity bill, parcha( legal record) and all other records are there in his name. Last week a notice has come from BLR office that someone demands that he has a will of year 1991 of that land. He has nothing but Will which is also under court case. What should we do now???
