My brother , 25 years , passed away an year ago in a mishap on construction site. He had diploma in civil engineering and was working under a contractor in the construction work of national highway. He was paid rupees 9000 a month only. what should be the compensation amount????
A.Please go through the schedules of the following Act. If sufficient compensation not paid then prefer appeal/revision.

the insurance company made a compensation of 7 lack and 15 thousands only. Can we file a case against them or the contractor???
