I want to purchase the plot a and this plot is purchased by seller above the circle rate is it possible that I purchased the plot on current circle rate below the purchase price of seller and this will be executed to registar office without any fault.

A.Plot would be get registered at circle rate. No matter at what proce you have purchased it.. in the registry documents price would be mentioned as per circke rates
