I got a message regarding the part time job and when contacted they provided me a task of filling 800 forms in 8 days. Due to some reasons i could not complete the work and left it in between and now they have asked me to pay the registration charges 5600 till 5:30 today. I am not paying these charges and they are saying me that they will take legal actions. I just want to know that they can take any of the legal actions or not? Do i need to pay the sum?
I dont know what to do. Please help me out with your advice.

A.Hi,
If there was any agreement executed, you will be liable for breach of contract, otherwise, as they would not have any evidence against you, you wouldn't have to pay anything to them.
Thank You

A.Hi,
If you had entered into any agreement with the said company, then they might sue you for the breach of contract and you'll have to pay the compensation amount asked by them.
But if no agreement was executed, you are under no liability to complete the task, hence, they would not be able to take any legal action.
Thank You
