GST

Am have taken franchise busines of fast food selling shawarma and grill chicken only. Franchisor charging me GST 5% from gross sales. However we are not charging 5% from customers and even in the printed bill which we give to the customer , the franchisor not mentioned any GST of 5% . Kindly advise how to deal this.
A.You will have to go by business SOPs. Ask a CA about the same.

A.Hi,
If the franchise contract says you have to pay him 5% of the gross, you are liable to pay it.

A.Hi,
You can charge only CGST and SGST from the customers. Include this in the bill, the customer has to pay.
