Got cheated at work place

I had been appointed as a Partner with a share of 3% with a provision to draw an amount of Rs. 60,000/- per month (in calculaton with 3%)in a Health care company in the month of January 2021, since then or before that, the concerned company had not given me any written appointment letter nor proposal so far. Now they want me to leave by stating that not satisfied with performance and non allocation of work timings, then I stopped working from 21.03.2021, I am having proofs of work done during the above said work period in the form of mails, they created a directors group and added me in the group on 7.1.2021, I also taken them to Investors meeting and regular work format preparation and strategy planning, designing of Health plans. During this after so many requests they given me an amount of Rs. 20,000/- instead of Rs. 1,80,000/-, they used my name and introduced me as their COO for Diagnostics, can I move with a legal case against them please suggest
