Teacher Employment Contract
I had signed my employment contract for 2 years in sept 2018. Officially my contract ends in April 2020, as per the contract the resignation had to be given 2 months in advance, but in March I discovered that I was pregnant and due to health complication I gave my resignation on 12th march, the management accepted it and later they have conveyed that they will not be giving my march and 1 month caution deposit (which they had taken it in the beginning of my job saying they will return on leaving with interest). They have given 10th april as my last working date which also the end of the academic year for students. My question is though I am completing my entire work till the end of academic year and also have health issues then why is my salary being held? Also can I take any legal action in this regard?
If you realize my professional skills, the time & efforts put in by me needs to be truly appreciated, and then Please “CLICK MY LIKES/ THUMBS UP/GIFT” button shown below this reply format & also CLICK/ WRITE a “REVIEW” in 5 star as I have answered your query in detail. Hope this information is useful

I not seen any teacher fighting court case for 1 month salary.
but if you still want then you have to approach a good lawyer.
