Please tell me that , my mother did second marriage after my biological father died on 2002. And I leaving with my mother and step father (as i was minor .And I owing two birth certificates one of my deceased biological father name (not mention my name till)and other one of step father name. All document such as adhar card,ssc certificate,voter id having step father name. So please tell me that I am adopted or still I claim right on deceased biological father 'share property (if property on deceased biological father's father name I.e deceased grand father name )

A.adopted.
where was the biological father property since 2002 ?
it still exists ?
your step father doesnt have any property ?

A.Hi,
It depends on whether any adoption had taken place in the eyes of law in the past, only then you wouldn't be able to claim you share in your biological father's property.

A.Hi,
If the valid adoption has taken place then the adoption papers would be considered as proof for claiming the property. If no legal adoption has even taken place, you can claim a share in your biological father's property, otherwise, Not.
