Please tell me that , my mother did second marriage after my biological father died on 2002. And I leaving with my biological mother and step father .And I owing two birth certificates one of my deceased biological father name and other one of step father name. All document such as adhar card,ssc certificate,voter id having step father name. So please tell me that I am adopted or still I have right on deceased biological 's share. Not any formal deed formed related adoption in sub registrars office except another birth certificate. And still I have two birth certificates

A.आपकी सम्सया बडी ही विचित्र है।
परन्तु मुख्य प्रश्न यह है।कि क्या आप अपने जैविक पिता की सम्पत्ति मे हिस्सा मांग सकते हो या नही ।
दुसरा प्रश्न यह है कि जब आपके पास प्रमाण-पत्र मे सौतेला पिता का नाम सरक्षण के रूप में दर्ज है।क्या तब हिस्सा मांग सकते हो।
कानून का मत क्या है।
कानून का मत यह है जब तक किसी बच्चे को कानूनन गोद नही लिया जाता तब तक उसके जैविक पिता का नाम परिवर्तन नही हो सकता हैं।इसलिए यहां पर आपको गोद तो नही लिया गया।इसलिए कानून के मत मे आज भी आप अपने जैविक पिता के बेटे हो।ओर आप अपने जैविक पिता की सम्पत्ति मे अधिकार मांग सकते हौ।

A.Hi,
Firstly, you need to destroy the first birth certificate, as the new birth certificate was being executed by the registrar's permission, it now proves that your stepfather is your actual father now, hence, you cannot claim the share in the property of the previous father.
