If i take blank dated cheque but amount filled cheque from Arnab & from his three family memebers, then, i'll make an agreement with them, if they agree,..
Now, in the agreement,it'll be written that they'll liable to pay my business losses if i'll get my payment from one cheque, then, i can't use other three cheques, & i can use all cheques in bank until i get payment, & if i don't get payment after using all 4 cheques, then, according to law, it'll be a case cheque bounce automatically & as we all know about court system for cheque bounce, i can use the system.

A.In case of default there would be no case of cheque bouncing under negotiable instruments Act. You could only be able to file suit for recovery only.

A.Hii,
The drawer of blank dated cheque would still be liable, as per the law. To rebut this liability, the drawer has to prove that the cheque was not in discharge of a debt or liability by adducing evidence.
