Adultery is not a crime now, there should be a punishment for man legally Adultery is not a crime now, there should be a punishment for man legally

If adultery is not a crime, then if a person disturbs a family and enter into the privacy of the family what would be the punishment. if there is no punishment it opens a gate for all man to disturb and have an affair if he is not happy with his wife.
I don't know whom to discuss on this law that our Indian law doesn't have punishment for disturbing a family.

As my wife met with an accident and she is in mental trauma, a man came into the family and disturb our relationship. As per law i have given divorce to my wife as she broken the relationship trust. why there is no punishment legally for the man, it says the men who has done the thing is correct as per IPC section. If this is the case then its open gate for man to disturb n- number of family.

A.people want to live in nucleus family instead of joint family. If you were living in joint family then it was not possible for someone to disturb due to accident. There can be other ways and reasons for adultery as joint family makes it difficult but cant stop 100% also. so it was your fault also.

I do remember your call. if you already got divorce then why still burning in revenge ?

Law is illegal.
it was not the motive of that case filing in the case in which it was made adultery will not be a crime.
SC opened floodgate by not thinking and taking note of action of their judgment. The case was filed for making adultery crime for women also as it is biased but instead SC made adultery legal.
Lot of women are now approaching because their husbands are free to do adultery.

A.Dear concerned,
No one would dare to enter in ur premises, unless u accept his intery or if he does so, there are sections in IPC for his offence.
If there are Adultery means, wife has committed with extra marital affair, without ur permission and if have reason to proove then you may move for divorce. Now more responsibility has been imposed on women. What she wants, to continue the excited family or break on ground of adultery.
So keep on record when ever she welcomes another man in ur house against ur will or in ur absence by any means to prove in court.
You can take action for doing theft, forceful entry in ur house, house lurking at night. So u can put him in numbers of Ipc sections. This way u can have 2 way evidences , if wives gives statement in his favour. Of she would not support him , he will be in trouble.
Thanks
