A.No use to tell all those things which was happened between you & her to the new engaged person. Unnecessarily don't try to mess her life as whatever she has said in whatsapp or sms is NOT a guarantee card to marry you. Also in many cases even the ENGAGEMENT also breaks though BOTH the parties spend lakhs & crores of money is spend. Even the marriages of many people after spending lakhs & crores of money last for only 2-3 days & then proceed for DIVORCE. SO THERE IS NOTHING SUCH AS PROMISE TO MARRY OR GUARANTEE BOND ETC. that a BOY/GIRL have to abide the written statement. Even if you go to court your case may not stand anywhere. So now better search for a NEW life partner for yourself, & don't try to suicide there is a much BETTER LIFE AHEAD for you.

If you realize my professional skills, the time & efforts put in by me needs to be truly appreciated, and then Please “CLICK MY LIKES/ THUMBS UP/GIFT” button shown below this reply format & also CLICK/ WRITE a “REVIEW” in 5 star as I have answered your query in detail. Hope this information is useful

A.In terms of latest supreme court judgement in such cases no of cheating is made out nor there is any breach of trust as may some advise you. You both enjoyed good time and since she is engaged to another person so forget the past and let her live her life. Start a new life. Suicide is not a solution.

A.Hi,
If you have all the evidences and can establish that she promised to marry you, then you can institute a case of breach of trust against her.

A.Hi,
You can approach the court and file suit for breach of trust. If in case you have all the evidence (in the form of chats, voice recordings etc)., then you are free to file criminal or civil complaint against this girl. Such promises are taken seriously only India (at least by High Courts) where one person promises the other and the other suffers mental agony.
