Salary arrears Salary arrears

My salary arrears are still not credited even after the company management announced the closure of the company in the month of Dec 2019. I'm keep on following up with them and they're just responding as "We will give you once we have" and now they've got a new project and reopened the company. Please advice me how can I recover my pending salary of 3 months, I'm having bank statement as proof.

A.You can file suit for recovery to recover your arrears with interest etc. If arrear is more than one crore then you can approach NCLT also to get the company windup.

A.Hi,
First send a legal notice claiming for arears and dues from the employer. If this doesn't work file a suit for the recovery of money from the employer under Industrial Disputes Act in a labour court. These matters have to be resolved within 3 months from the date of filing, so your matter should be resolved within the time frame.

A.Hi,
First and foremost, you need to send a good legal notice claiming your arears and seeking compensation for the delay in crediting your salary. If this doesn't work consider approaching the local police for a cheating case. Approach the police with all proper evidences and properly drafted case file. If the case is properly drafted and supported by evidences, the police will accept the case and resolve it. If this doesn't yield the desired result, as a means of last resort you can file a suit for the recovery of the salary from the employer under the Industrial Disputes Act in a labor court.
