Hi Sir,
I found one girl same caste in matrimonial site,we both like each other and we conveyed to parents they agreed and one day they did engagement ,after engagement suddenly her mother changed and she said we dont like that guy so we were canceling marriage ,but girl likes me she is still fighting but her mother not agreeing so one day my parents also irritated with this situation and my parents decided we also cancel marriage but we need your signs on stamp papers we went to home both parents and me and she also signed on papers but threatened her to sign ,now we want to marry ,if we marry in any temple will it problem because of papers ??? and one more thing I have H1B next two months im travelling if they file case it will problem for my Visa. Please suggest me

there wont be any problem in visa as there can not be any case.
if you both are above 18 years of age you are free to marry each other and nothing will get affected.
