Hi Sir,
I am a credit card holder of money back ends with number XXX-XXXX-XXXX- 7295 and XXX-XXXX-XXXX- 5008, and outstanding the amount is nearly about 37 and 27 K in 2018, from since then I have paid nearly 1800-2000 and 1450 per month on average, till today I have already gone beyond that 37 and 27 K and I have paid more than the outstanding amount, but now totally out of business and getting frustrated day by day because outstanding remains the same, In India, like many business people who have tagged as defaulters, they will get a waiver to it and wash off their hands, but what about the common man life, which I have paid more than of outstanding amount, I request please help me in it. Should I go legal and pay the full amount,, I also know I made big mess of it , I want overcome it

A.Hi,
First approach the bank and seek clarification on the amount debited in respect to the interest and charges payable, and if in access institute legal proceedings against the concerned bank and its officers for defrauding you.

A.Hi,
You can approach the banker and ask for the details and breakup on the principal, interests, charges and penalty levied by the bank till date. If you think that they have violated the terms and conditions of the agreement and charged in access, then send them a legal notice asking them to explain each and every deduction.
