Sir . We are 46 employee , our employer took an undertaking on the time of joining and also mentioned in advertisement , that you have to take a certificate within 2 year of employment .
We signed it that time .
To acquire that certificate we have to show 2years of working experience of that field.. but company not provided the chance to acquire experience.
Know company saying that submit the certificate otherwise we will promote further garde.

A.Dear Sir,
The policies of the company as such not valid. But it is advisable to get the certificate they might terminate you from current work.

A.46 employees is good number of affected people.
A company own condition is invalid but the certificate can be taken now after completing 2 years working experience requirement.
if some people will take certificate then others will be in problem.

A.Dear sir,
Its invalid condition but your employer may take other grounds to terminate your services. Better to get certificate.
