Although floating housing loan bank is charging same interest from last 3 years

I have taken loan from PNB HFL from last 2.5 years. The loan was taken with floating interest rates. However bank has never changed interst rate although RBI has changed the interest rates. It is almost 2% higher than the other banks charging interest. Can I take the bank to consumer court for this reason.

A.Dear Sir,
If the bank is recognized under the list of Rbi, which work according to the directions given by the Rbi then you can drag them to consumer court. You can also complain to bank's Ombudsman.

If the bank falls under the purview of Rbi and follows the directions given by Rbi then, You can complaint the bank under Rbi websites and banks ombudsman also. You can also move the consumer court.
