If i will plan to start a company. It offers online jobs. Can i collect joining fee from the customers? It is legal or not

A.Hi,
As long as you have no intention to defraud and cheat other people, it will be legal but will be subjected to other rules and regulation.

A.The question is so open ended because what fees you will collect for what services you want to provide is absolutely your discretion provided you do it in a transparent and in a legal way. But as abundant caution it is necessary that you must be very careful on how you define the terms as joining fees is certainly not how you would like to term the charges for the service that you would provide. So be careful about the terminologies and as a fact meet a lawyer before staring the service to help you draft the terms and conditions of your service to make you remain outside the legal tenterhook.
