I am teacher of secondary school in west Bengal. A false case of 354b lodge Agnes me.What is future of my job

A.Dear Sir,
Your job may get suspended if you get convicted under this case and all allegations are proved to be true against you. You have to prove your part that allegations are false with the help of witnesses and other proofs. You can also file for anticipatory bail and should abide the conditions given in that. Make sure you bail doesn't get rejected. You will be able to save your job if you able to prove your part.

If you get convicted under this case then your job will be suspended. If you don't get convicted your job is safe. You can file an anticipatory bail before in hand also. You can also file a counter case for false allegation against you providing proofs with the help of your advocate. You can also get a stay order over the case lodge.

A.it have minimum 3 years so if convicted then you will be terminated.

A.Until you are convicted in the case your future in the job is secure. Take bail in advance and strictly comply with the condition of the bail if any. Try to ensure that you are not in jail for more than 48 hours to prevent suspension.
