Salary Deduction & Notice Period

Hi,
My employer and I signed an employee agreement on 14 March, 2020. But the employer deducted a salary of 35% for 12 months. Now I want to leave the company and not serve the notice period (6 months). Can I leave the company immediately by giving reason that they have not paid 35% of my salary since last one year?

A.yes you can but you might not get experience letter because companies use it to blackmail employees.
6 months notice is usually at high management level.
But what was the ground of salary deduction? It was due to Corona and it was informed ?
First resign and claim 35% deduction reason and if it doesnt solve then you can send legal through an advocate.

Yes you can. The facts which you had mentioned seems incomplete. However if your employer is deducting a substantial amount of your salary without any specific term, condition or reasoning to you, then they themselves are committing the breach of contract or the employee agreement, so as a result you may also leave the company and take decision regarding the same.

Yes, you can. From the limited facts which you have stated it seems that as there had been a substantial reduction in your salary without any proper reasons from your employer to you, they had already committed a breach of contract by doing so, as a result of which you can also take a decision for the same.

A.Dear Client,
What was the ground of salary deduction? If you will leave immediate then your money would be blocked with employer try to recover it amicably. Alternatively you can send legal notice too him through an advocate.
