Non payment of salary Non payment of salary

I'm a student interning at a startup for past 3 months. I was told that I will be paid a certain amount of salary per month( even mentioned in the letter) but I haven't been paid for any of the months. I have been requesting to the employer to pay me but he always comes up with an excuse. Being a student I don't have the funds to engage a lawyer. What should I do?

A.well, then you leave immediately if you are not learning anything over there.
After that you can send a letter to clear dues.

We help employees probono because its exploited class by fraud companies.
But you need to be in Bangalore for that.

A.Since you cannot engage a lawyer, the only option is to quit the current job and look for better prospects elsewhere.

A.Hi.
We understand your situation and recommend that you either write them an  email explaining the situation. If they refuse to cooperate or respond, consider sending them a legal notice stating that they have breached the contract.

A.Hi.

We understand your situation and would advise you to either write a mail to them, stating about the situation. In case they are not cooperating or showing any response, try to send a legal notice to them because there had been a breach of the contract on their part.
