I am working in two mnc companies simultaneously for the period of one month only. Can it be tracked with the help of PF account by the company. Or can my company get to know this with the help of PAN number. And is it legal to do this ?

A.Hi,
Since one PF account is alloted to one PAN Card, the Companies can track it. In general parlance, the MNCs don't allow you to simultaneously work fill time in two companies at the same time. But it will depend upon the contract terms. If you are employed in contractual basis, then may be you can work at two MNCs simultaneously.

A.Hi,
No you cannot work at two MNCs at the same time if you are full time employed by the company. If it was a contractual basis then may be you can. But it will be subejcted to the agreement between you and the companies. The company can track the details through your PF account, as one UAN no is issued for 1 PAN Card. But it will be subjective to the contract terms.

A.I guess you worked in last month while leaving old company and joining new company.
or you worked in a old mnc for only 1 month and left ?
It is illegal because almost all mnc company offer letter mention that you have to work full time and can not work for someone else part time without approval.
You can be booked for cheating, fraud, forgery etc mostly by old mnc.
you have to get a good lawyer or letter from HR.
