Court summons me for construction related query

My neighbour filed a suit that i am covering his balcony by not leaving sideback to his side of the house in my acquired land by constructing and claims that due to which his air light will be effected.
A.Dear Sir,

The Courts generally do not interfere by way of injunction where the courts find that the obstruction of light is very slight and where the injury sustained is trifling, except in such rare and exceptional cases.

he can certainly do that. Air and light is fundamental requirements.
it depends on which city as he have to first approach corporation for remedy.
you have to approach a lawyer to contest it else court will pass order for demolition of your house/balcony if already constructed else if still under construction then court will pass injunction order to stop construction until you go to court.
