I have filed case at District consumer redressal commission and got ex party judgement as other party didnt apear in court. Now after judgement also he is not appearing infront of Commission, I have filed Executive Affidivit agaist him also . still not responding Need an advice.

A.You need to file Execution Application before the same forum for getting executed the judgment/ order. Court has enough power to attach his property and auction it in order to pay you the amount awarded to you through the said judgment/ order. He may be even arrested. You will be required to provide the details of his properties etc to the court.

A.after the execution is ordered he will either appear or the execution proceeding will take its next course of issuing warrant and attachment against him.

A.Dear Sir,
You can sue the party for contempt of court. Court will ask him to perform otherwise he will be liable as court decides.
