Joint Land with airfore station

Dear Lawyers,
I am Harmeet. The will of a land joint to airforce station land has been registered at the name of my grandmother. Judge asked to sign an agreement between my grandmother & airforce that there is no dispute between them.
Can you explain me how can we approach airforce station for agreement?

airforce was not party to case ?
if airforce was party then lawyer of airforce is the contact point.
