After my father death , his sisters and mothers are bothering my mom and me and ask us to get out of the house , and talk to us with inappropriate and cruel words . and cursing my mom very much .

A.first send legal notice.
if still not stop then file domestic violence.

You can sue your in laws in grounds of cruelty and misbehavior and also mental harassment and make them liable. You can also take your matter to mediation. Before this you are advised to send a legal notice with your advocate to your in laws asking them to live peacefully.

You can send them a legal notice through an advocate asking them to live peacefully. Still if there is no change you can file a petition in a family court relating to cruelty and mental harassment by in laws and can get a relief for the same.
