Name change

I want to change my name. Is it mandatory to change my name in caste certificate also or is it that just showing gazette proof is enough during my document verification for government jobs? Because, I have applied for government jobs. Will there be any problem later?

A.Dear Sir,
You must declare your intention to change your name in affidavit and publish the same in local news paper. You have to submit proof of affidavit when you apply for job and for correction of your records. But u can't utilize the affidavit for illegal gain. These are the Documents involved in the whole process are -1.Name Change Affidavit 2.Newspaper Publication3.Name Change Deed 4.Request letter to the Secretariat 5.Name Change Statement 6.Reply Letter from the Secretariat 7.Publication Money Receipt. 8.Gazette Notification
