Online Data Entry Threatening Online Data Entry Threatening

Sir, I find a data entry job on quickrjobs and they gave me an online agreement which I signed digitally. They asked for my Aadhar Card and filled all the details from it. They give me 650 forms, which should be completed in 7 days. I did complete 308 approx forms and then my id was blocked by them. And now they are asking 8000rs to activate the account and 6400 rs for not completing the work. What should I do now?

before that you not thought of search data entry fraud/reviews/problems.

if you still not came to now that its fraud company then you can ask them that you will complete all forms and then they can deduct this amount from your payment. they will deny it.

just block them.
there is no legal action from them or you.

A.Hi,
Such issues could be better resolved only after going through the employment agreement. Since if the parties mutually agreed to complete a specified set of work then that has to be completed. However, if the agreement fails to specify a specific number of forms to be completed within a week then only a reasonable workload will be considered. So you can send a legal notice demanding the reason and specify that in case your grievance is unheard then you can exercise your right to sue.

A.Hi,
As per the situation mentioned above, it is evident that you signed a contract with your employer. Thus the issue could be further explained only after I look at the contract. However, if the number of forms was not specifically mentioned in the contract then the termination of employment is not legal. Since a usually reasonable amount of work is allocated that is possible to be worked upon in the specified time period. In this case, you can send a legal notice contending the same and can demand a reason for unlawful termination.

A.send me the copy of the agreement and the details of work that you were asked to do and if any communication in that regard. After seeing all those i can properly guide you over your next course of action. Meanwhile I would suggest you not to pay them anything if you think they are cheating you or being suspicious.
