Reissuance of experience certificate Reissuance of experience certificate

My last company had given my experience letter to a person, who is currently working with the organization.
(As per the rule company gives it to a person whose name I will suggest in a mail and he/she must be currently working with organization. They dont give it directly to me as they issue it after 45 days of leaving company.) But she has misplaced it before I collected it from her. When I am requesting for duplicate or reissuance of it for my next company document verification, company is denying to reissue. What should I do?? I need a physical copy of it for my document verification.

A.Hi,
You need to file a legal notice to the company for reissuance of the experience letter. Also ask them to issue the letter and hand over to you directly.

A.Send them a strong legal notice and ask that girl to file a missing diary in police about the loss of the earlier letter. Along with the legal notice the mention of the details of the GD should be there.
