Reissuance of experience certificate
My last company had given my experience letter to a person, who is currently working with the organization.
(As per the rule company gives it to a person whose name I will suggest in a mail and he/she must be currently working with organization. They dont give it directly to me as they issue it after 45 days of leaving company.) But she has misplaced it before I collected it from her. When I am requesting for duplicate or reissuance of it for my next company document verification, company is denying to reissue. What should I do?? I need a physical copy of it for my document verification.

You need to file a legal notice to the company for reissuance of the experience letter. Also ask them to issue the letter and hand over to you directly.

You can send the legal notice to the company for issuance of the experience letter and mention your details for reissuance of letter again and ask them to directly handover to you.
