Employer harrasment

I resigned and currently serving the notice period. As I m serving notice period, My employer harrasment me, forcing me to do work , threating me to give bad reference etc. I had sent email to HR many times about it but they did not took any action . Since HR working as per manager guidance they gave me warming letter to misbehaving manager and Lesser work. I have 10 days remaining from my duties. Request to provide me guidance.

A.Hi,
Since only 10 days are left you should provide HR with proof of you being treated badly and harassed. If the issue does not resolve, send them a legal notice and then approach the Labour Commission.

You can approach the Labour Commission but first, send them a legal notice. However, maintain a record of the work given so that if required you have sufficient proof to show that in the notice period you were overworked by your employer. Approach the HR with these proofs they will mostly take appropriate actions to avoid any legal case.
