I had taken a loan from online app 10000 they will charge interest 3000 for three month and due date is three month because of some issue i cant repay the money now they charge huge amound as fine and now the amound is almost 20000 and they call pur family and friends and threating us

A.Hi,
You can approach the court and state that charges and penalty under the agreement by the online company is wholly one sided and completely unfair. In that way you can restrict your liability.
