Sir I was a employee at a school . I hold PhD degree .one day principal asked me what teaching methodology are you using .I just answered how many do you know .and next day I was terminated .even they did not pay me the last month's salary .can I file a complain based on this .even the school has done the same with many employees so that they do not have to pay to the employees .and when they call for salary they are blocking the numbers .it is one of the banded schools in India .

All of those many teachers are responsible for this, not school. They opened means they are fraud from day 1.
First start with sending the legal notice through a lawyer.
If still not paid then contact all other employees.
Then all of you post your notices on social media.
Once parents will come to know of such behaviors of such fraud school, there will be change.

A.1. you can file a case to claim the outstanding salary and the other amounts (PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc) under the relevant provisions,
2. you can also claim notice pay and damages,
3. if you wish, you can also make a claim for the reinstatement of the job,

A.Hi,
You need to send legal notice with the help of lawyer and ask them to pay the salary. You can move to labor court along with other employees to seek compensation and claim your salary.

A.Hi,
You can send them the legal notice for payment of salary. If they do not reply you can move to labor court and can claim your right over the salary. You can also add other employees as petitioner.
