A.You can file consumer complaint for refund of money in terms of policy. Humara India credit cooperative society ltd is not under scrutiny but before proceeding check the status.

A.Hi,
Unfortunately you might not receive your matured fund until the Sahara case is settled. Following the settlement (hopefully in near future), you may file a complaint against the credit coop society before a consumer court on account of deficiency in services.

A.Hi,
Since consumer courts deal with service deficiency, your complaint before the consumer court should highlight how the cooperative society failed to serve you with your payments. However, since the Sahara case is still pending, there is little to no chance of getting your matured deposit.

A.Dear client,
You can file complaint in consumer forum against the society. Sahara group's case is still pending in Apex court. You can't get your benefits while the case is pending. After dispose of the case you will get your benefits along with interest.
