A.Hi,
You can go for meditation and settle the matter there. If the case goes back to court then maintenance will be decided by the court but the amount depends on the facts of the case.

A.Hi,
You should go to a meditation center and resolve the issue there. If the case goes back to court, the court will rule on maintenance, but the sum will be determined by the facts of the case.

A.You and your wife can get the case referred to mediation where you both can enter into a compromise on record. You can bring back to your wife and in that case if circumstance permit and your wife does not insist for seperate maintenance then you shall not be required to pay any seperate maintenance but you shall be bound to maintain her.

A.Dear Client,
Aapko jo bhi decisions leni hai ask your wife if she is ready tell her to make on affidavit which you need to tell her to put up before court. Do not do any payment out of court. You and ur wife shall do keeping in knowledge to court only and otherwise, or else her brother may play a foul play out of court and you will be deceived.
