A.The money taken by HR cannot be proved at any stage & in long run it won't help. See what teh company has to offer you, the settlement between you and the company totally depends on the company policy,

A.Hi,
Make a criminal complaint of cheating and fraud against the HR person. The settlement terms depends on the company policy, and if you find it less what you are liable for, approach the labor court for compensation.

A.Hi,
You can complain against the respective HR person from cheating, dishonest appropriation of money, fraud and other relevant provisions. The settlement between you and the company totally depends on the company policy, but if you feel it is insufficient, you can take the company to the labor court to claim more settlement money.
