Want independence from controlling parents

I am 18 my parents are triying to control all my life...my whole life is just ruined I want to become a doctor but I am really not able to study because of toxicity and negativity in my home....do they have any right over me if I don't take their money and live independently and never go back?

A.Talk to any relatives or family friends who can help.
exactly on day you become 18, you can start living independently.
But to become doctor, you need lot of fees to pay.
