A.dear client If your property is situated at any major cities where rent control is applicable , you have to file an eviction on the ground of default. If your property is in any small cities or villages you have to file a suit for eviction. If there is no tenancy agreement between you to then he will be considered as in possession of the same either illegally or permissive possession.
