My uncle is missing from 13 years and in my family no one has lodged a FIR for missing in this situation what to do?

A.13 years is a person presumed dead.
but you can file missing complaint of uncle so police can investigate whether he went somewhere on his own or he is murdered.

A.As per presumption if a person is not heard for seven or more years then such person is presumed to be dead.
