Neither salary nor reliving letter

I am working currently in IT industry. I have not received my for the last 2 months(March and April). Even after repeatedly sending mails to HR, there's no proper response. I have resigned in May. Now the company is not reliving and asking me to serve 2 months. It's becoming difficult to manage expenses. What action can be taken against the company

A.What reason you put in resignation ?
you resign on basis on non payment of salary which is breach of offer letter and gives you right to leave without any notice.
Ready your offer letter properly and then send legal notice to company through lawyer for salary dues and relieving letter.

A.Hi,
You can first issue a legal notice to your former employer through a lawyer for payment of your due salary. Or you can also lodge a police complaint against the company for defraud u/S 447 of the Companies Act. Alternatively you may also file a complaint at the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

If they are still unwilling to pay your salary then you may lodge a police complaint u/S 447 of the Companies Act for defrauding you. Alternatively, you can also register a complaint at the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website against your former employer.

A.You may send a legal notice if you have signed appointment letter and your resignation is not treated accordingly and salary has been held without any reason or justification. However if notice not replied or complied than you may file a complaint before the Labour Commissioner.
