I have resigned but no acceptance from the HR the notice period of 2 months and i have asked them for a buy out.. to pay recovery amount of the 2 months but still no acceptance from hr end

A.open offer letter if buyout option is there.
usually it is not there or it is at discretion of company.

A.Hi,
Technically the time and date you resign, your notice period starts. The days can vary as per company policy also only on account of if the resignation is submitted during holidays or leave. It is important to learn more about the company's policy on this topic.Try to establish contact with other employees or higher authority from HR for buyout.
