Need Divorce. Already Divorce case has been filed by husband. He has cruel mentality. He is psycho. I am looking for mutual divorce.Need senior advocate to talk to other party and help to get the mutual divorce.

A.It is very rare that women wants mutual divorce and husband is not agreeing to it.
Your case needs to be understood in detail.

A lawyer is not supposed to speak to opposite party.
He can discuss with opposite lawyer or make the case such way that everybody comes to table for discussion.

A.Please seek a help of senior Advocate in that case either through the online platform or your through your own know network. You can get the case converted to MCD easily if your husband is ready and the case can be resolved in few hearings.
