My neighbors filed a parivad against my whole family. Then we also filed against them. But later they compromised. Now they represent again and police filed FIR again my whole family on same charges. What should I do.?Should I give application to I.O. regarding this to quash the charges.

A.Hi,
Move the HC to quash the FIR, if there is no prima facie case against your family.

A.Hi,
If the FIR is registered, the IO will investigate the matter. You can approach the HC to quash the FIR on the grounds that there is prima facie case against your family.
