I have bought a builder floor house having 4 floor ,mine is 2nd floor in this .during purchase I was told 1st floor will have right side parking ,second floor will have centre parking and third will have left parking and person on 4 HT is having terrace right hence he will park outside , once I shifted this has become first come first serve .in my agreement also it’s written one covered slit parking . Many a time I have to leave early and come late from office in this I don’t want to call others to remove there car bin I want myself to be in this position to be called . What option I have in this

A.You can approach the concerned civil court and file a suit for permenant prohibitory injunction

A.If there is an apartment owners / residents association, please raise the issue there first. If the other members do not co-operate, you can file a suit for injunction forbidding others from interfering with your car parking space.

A.u can file a case by taking the terms and conditions of the agreement betweeen u and him.........get the stay order

A.If your parking is mentioned in your agreement then you can enforce the same. Just put your flat no in front of your parking.

A.You can send a legal notice for not using your parking space since it was allotted to you as per the agreement. Enclose a highlighted copy of it with the notice. Hope it will help.
