Anticipatory bail on accusation of threat to life

Sir i am implicated falsely by my GF in 452 354b 506 363 with no evidencd and told that she has danger of life from me. How can i proceed in Anticipatory bail hearing so that judge believe me that i am not a threat to her. Please advise

A.Please disclose all the true facts to your advocate. If you really have done no wrong, you AB petition will be allowed, with some conditions.

A.go out for the anticipatory bail..............after that if u r charge under sections u mentioned above .....u get regular bail and contest the case..............if u will win ......file a case of defamation against her.........it is the only way

A.First you need to see her complaint then you can draft petition for anticipatory bail.
