Issue with my inlaws
What are our rights if my in-laws had unemployed my husband after marriage.. And we both want to stay together
A.Dear Sir,
If your husband is with you then shift your residence to some other rented house and start your new life. All is required is zeal.

A.Hello,
You have residential rights in your matrimonial home. You can claim the ancestral property or share in ancestral business. But, its better that resolve the issues amicably.
Thanks with best regards

A.Hi,
Your facts are incomplete. No one can stop you from living together with your husband. You haven't divulged the details about the dismissal of your husband. You can challenge it legally, only if the dismissal was illegal.

A.Hi,
You have provided in-complete details. You can stay with your husband together, no one is stopping you. If your in-laws and terminated the services of your husband illegally, then you can proceed against them, otherwise you do not have any rights.

A.You can stay with you in-laws in the same house then and eat the same food what they eat. Unless your husband is able to earn livelihood for himself and you and then you are dependent on your in-laws like him.
