My Company is blackmailing on the BGV

i have been working in a company for nearly 1.6 years and I have put the paper 1 week before and right now they are asking me to apply leave for my working day (even though i worked more than 9 hours on that particular day) to extend my notice and They are also blackmailing me that they will give a negative feedback on the BGV

A.Hi,
Call the police and district labor commissioner's office, and let them know that the manager/hr person is blackmailing you. It should resolve the issue.

A.That would be really bad on their part if they provide negative feedback on the background feedback. In case they do it then you should take legal action against them and let them know about it.
