A.Hi,
The caste of the child arising out an inter-caste marriage can take after the caste of the father or the mother. You may consider applying online in your state's backward classes welfare portal for the caste certificate.

A.Hi,
The caste of the child can either be the father's or the mother's when there has been an inter-caste marriage. You can apply for the certificate online by visiting your state's backward class welfare portal.

A.Hello,
Yes, you can apply the caste certificate of child under the category "BC-C" as mother is belong to said caste by Birth.
Andra High Court has opined in this regard in the matter A. Prathyusha vs Registrar, NTR University (2000) and Supreme court also opined in the matter of Radhika Vemula VS State of Andhra, (Mother of Late Rohit Vemula).
Even in Tamilnadu "The children born out of marriage between parents of two different castes shall be considered to belong to either the caste of the father or the caste of the mother based on the declaration of the parents".
if Authorities denied for the same then file an Writ Petition before the High Court.
Thanks with best regards
