Company hold my salary.

I was with a contracting company as a project manager. Due to security threats, I was not able to serve the company and gave immediately resigned from my post. So, I was also not able to serve the notice period. Now after 2 months the Company denied paying me my last working month's salary and expense and in against 2 months, notice periods rule ask me to pay the company two months salary. I am stuck in this situation kindly, Suggest me to overcome this.

A.what kind of security threat can force you to resign immediately that you not informed company ?
it was personal security threat or company related security threat ?
If personal security threat then nothing can be done.
If company related security threat then you have to prove it to turn tables.

A.Hi,
You will have to pay because you departed without serving the notice period. However, if poor working conditions are the cause of your early departure, you should seek legal advice for filing a complaint in the Labour Commissioner.

A.You may send a legal notice to the company. However, your employment contract will have to be examined to provide further legal assistance.
